Return Policy
At CoffeeBeanProject (A R Enterprises), we strive to provide the best coffee experience. Due to the perishable nature of coffee beans, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the product is opened or used. However, if you receive damaged or incorrect items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
Refunds:
Refunds are only processed under the following conditions:
- The product received was damaged in transit.
- You received the wrong product.
To initiate a refund, please email us at hello@coffeebeanproject.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged or incorrect product. Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will process the refund back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Please note:
- Refunds will not be provided for change of mind.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was on our part.
